Thermal polymerization inhibitors of the Dewaxol product line are heterocyclic compounds compositions.
Grades:
- Dewaxol™ thermal polymerization inhibitors grades 3002, 3102 and InFlow™ grades 3002, 3102 for the streams that contain butadiene and isoprene;
- Dewaxol™ thermal polymerization inhibitors grade 3004 and InFlow™ grade 3004 for the streams that contain styrol.
PURPOSE
Suppression of thermal polymerization processes during the production of basic monomers: ethylene, propylene, butadiene, isoprene and styrole. The mechanism of inhibition is based on the binding of free radicals formed and the breakage of growing chains.
APPLICATION
They are used to increase the duration of the run life of the column, heat-exchange and compressor equipment, where high operating temperatures and high concentrations of unsaturated hydrocarbons are observed.
