Expansion of opportunities for production of goods in due time, due place and at the specified price - is one of the company’s Mirrico corporate strategy missions. Products Mirrico group of companies are realized both at the own production site and third-party sites. Independent sites are selected according to specifics of the company’s production policy.
50 000 tons per year is chemical production (from blending to synthesis) by own means and by processing.

Plant
Own plant of the company is located at 14 km from Almetyevsk city (The Republic of Tatarstan). The enterprise is performing the following:
- Processing of chemical and petrochemical goods;
- Storage and transportation of initial and final products.
The plant conducts activities in compliance with the company’s policy in the field of health, safety and environment and has current licenses for explosion-hazardous production facilities operation and chemically hazardous production facilities operation.

- recovering

- oil treatment
- protection of oilfield equipment and pipelines from corrosion and other troubles
- for refinery operations and petro-chemistry
- back water treatment
All products pass total quality control in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standard: from incoming and intermediate control of initial products, transferred to the plant, to control over conditions of final products transportation to the customer.

Construction of turbulent viscosity reducing additives production plant
This project presents itself an illustrative of the company’s Mirrico efforts to place its products on the market – from molecule synthesis at the research center to development of fully-integrated manufacture.
Having introduced turbulent viscosity reducing additives to the market, Mirrico provided the clients with high level of supporting service. However, the bulk of the product’s profitability remained by the manufacturer of active base.
Absence of manufacturers in the Russian market encouraged the company’s interest in development of own production. Investigations of research and engineering center of the group of companies resulted in collection of initial data for additives production economic features designing and calculation. Basing on these data on September 28, 2015 a decision on construction of additive active base synthesis plant was adopted.
The project provides for use of non-standard equipment by additives production, which construction was developed by the specialists, created tank cleaning robotic complex MARTin in the company.
