Application
In the oil industry, in the processes of drilling and oil wells servicing, in technologies for control of losses of drilling mud, in a wide range of scales of losses.
The function principle of Osno-Screen ™ is based on the ability of the chemical to form a non-flowing composition when interacting with formation water, which can effectively block the lost circulation zone of the drilling fluid.
Osno-Screen ™ chemical is used in pure form or diluted in a 1: 1 proportion with diesel fuel, which significantly reduces the viscosity and increases the setting time of the chemical from 2 hours to 2.5-3 hours. Interaction of 1 t. of Osno-Screen ™ with formation water produces up to 10 m³ of highly elastic polymer material.

- When interacting with water, the Osno-Screen chemical is hydrated, while the viscosity of the plugging pack significantly increases. When interacting with formation saline water, the polymer is additionally crosslinked with polyvalent cations, which significantly strengthens the structure of the resulting product.
