DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNOLOGY
Oil production technologies are the tools that allow extending the productive life of a well. We offer our proprietary effective solutions for a wide range of your tasks.
Application area
- Chemicals for selective water shut-off and isolating water-bearing layers, repairing leakages in casing strings, treatment of bottom hole pay zone using acid and surfactant compounds, modifying permeability of reservoir, non-damaging well killing. There are also products for working with high-viscosity oils in the product line.
WORK STAGES
- Collection of information. Collection and analysis of information about problems and challenges the Customer is facing. Analysis of previous work experience. Preparation of technical and commercial offer;
- Sampling. Compilation of technical task for conducting laboratory tests, requesting samples of formation water and oil. Performing lab tests in Science and Research Laboratory of the Mirrico Group;
- Testing. Planning the pilot test together with the Customer, sending a process engineer to the well site; performing pilot tests, analysis of the obtained results, introducing adjustments to the technology;
- Delivery of chemicals.Signing of the contract, manufacturing, and delivery of chemicals.

Results
Sealing pill based on guar gum and crosslinkers for non-damaging well killing was developed.
Belkamneft JSC
- Description
Need to create a diverting pill to be used before injection of acid in order to increase the reservoir sweep before large-volume selective acidizing.
Results
Application of Cleave C emulsifier helped to successfully cope with this task.
Bashneft PJSOC
- Description
Formation of oil - acid emulsions during acid treatment jobs, and colmatation of bottomhole formation zone.
Results
Application of additive agent in Katol 22A acid enabled to prevent the formation of stable emulsions, to decrease the speed of reaction between acid and rock material, as well as to reduce the pumping pressure.
