DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNOLOGY

Application area
- To improve oil recovery, "Mirrico" Group offers you a wide range of products for well-known technologies based on emulsifiers, polyacrylamides, surfactants and proprietary solutions based on biopolymers.
WORK STAGES
- Information collection. Collection and analysis of information about problems and tasks of the Customer. Previous work experience analysis. Preparation of technical and commercial offer;
- Request for samples. Compilation of technical task for conducting laboratory tests, requesting samples of formation water and oil. Conducting laboratory tests in the "Mirrico" research laboratory (if needed);
- Testing. Drawing up a pilot development plan of the work together with the Customer, sending a process engineer to the well, conducting pilot tests, analyzing the results obtained, adjusting the technology (if needed);
- Delivery. Signing of the contract, production, and delivery of chemicals.

A solution is needed for the preparation of a reverse emulsion without the use of an additional hydrocarbon phase.

The Cleave R brand, which does not require additional expenses of the hydrocarbon phase, reduces the amount of equipment used and saves time for preparing the emulsion, has been developed.
