DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNOLOGY
Selection and supply of chemical reagents for cleaning of wastewater from oil products, suspended solids, heavy metals and other contaminants; thickening of sludge, active sludge and slurry; dewatering of slurry and active sludge.
WORK STAGES
- Examination of a water supply system of a facility with the purpose of study of condition and technological features of water circulation cycles;
- Laboratory selection of the most effective reagents and their dosages under conditions that maximally reproduce conditions of a particular production;
- Development of a scientifically grounded program of reagent treatment of water subject to the type of a water supply system, initial water composition in the system, customer's requirements to water quality;
- Conduct of pilot tests of reagents;
- Supply, installation and further constant maintenance of dosimeters and installations, carried out by service engineers of the company;
- Timely supply of a wide range of own chemical products;
- Constant monitoring of water quality, corrosion rate, scaling and bio-contamination processes.

REFINERIES
Currently, water treatment plants of the largest oil and gas processing enterprise use reagents for wastewater treatment of Business Unit «Service of circulating water systems».
As a result of the tests, it was possible to achieve the normative parameters of the VCP in terms of suspended substances (up to 25 mg / l).
REFINERY
- Description
On the local system of recycled water supply, complex tests reagents of Business Unit «Service of circulating water systems» were carried out.
Results
The dosage of corrosion inhibitor SCIMOL 2906 grade A provided an average corrosion rate of carbon steel at a level of less than 0.039 mm / g and no ulcer corrosion;
The dosage of the descaling inhibitor DESCUM 3907 grade C in combination with the corrosion inhibitor SCIMOL 2906A provided an average stiffness transport value of 101%;
The use of bactericides "ATREN-BIO" of grade 4908, 4909, as well as the biodispersant "ATREN-BD", ensured maintenance of the microbiological contamination value for the total microbial number at a level of less than 10 ^ 2 coli / ml;
The use of bactericides "ATREN-BIO" grades 4908 and 4909 in combination with the biodisperse "ATREN BD" promoted the washing of biological deposits from the surface of the cooling tower.
