Protection and ensuring uninterrupted operation of processing equipment for oil and gas refining

Cleaning of column and vessel equipment from high viscosity contaminants and oil sludge is one of the main problems encountered by oil refineries. In addition, tank condition monitoring is an obligatory requirement for their operation.

Equipment cleaning methods are the following:

• manual;
• powered;
• robotic.

In order to protect and ensure uninterrupted operation of the processing equipment of oil and gas refineries and to ensure compliance with operational requirements, "Mirrico" Group has developed a new method of tank and oilfield equipment cleaning with subsequent phase separation of the extracted deposits — a mobile autonomous robotic unit MARTin.
