Description

Composition of surfactants and non-ionique polymer.

APPLICATION:

The technology allows to increase the recovery rate of high-viscosity oils and natural bitumens. The action of this modifier is based on the interaction of surface-active components of different nature that are part of this chemical with oil and the formation of low-viscosity dispersions.

CHEMICAL EFFECT:

• reduction of the viscosity of high-viscosity oil at a temperature of 20 ˚C and above;
• resistance to shear loads, can withstand heating up to 250 ˚C;
• reduction of surface tension at the oil/water boundary surface and more effective removal of oil from the steam space of the reservoir rock;
• after the dispersion destruction, the chemical may be re-involved in the processing of high-viscosity oil, as active components of the chemical are virtually insoluble in petroleum products;
• the active components of this chemical are compatible with most commonly used corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers, and other chemicals;
• as a result of interaction of the process solution Seurvey of ORM brand with the reservoir high-viscosity oil, there is a decrease in the viscosity of the produced products up to 60 times.
