A mixture of inorganic polyphosphates, organic phosphates, phosphonates, organic phosphonic acids and their salts in polar solvent.
They are designed for effective prevention of depositions of salts of different chemical composition at all stages of production, transportation, and processing of oil, for the protection of wells, deep and surface oilfield equipment in conditions of high salinity of field waters.
The main types:
- Descum-2H-3111-А acid scale inhibitor with low corrosivity (0,01 mm/year). it is designed for inhibition for high salinity mediums 600/1200 mg/l.
- Descum-4 polymeric scale inhibitor, compatible with well-killing fluid, exhibits high absorption features on the metal surfaces and optimum absorption and desorption features in relation to the rock;
- Descum-WSC encapsulated scale inhibitor. It is an alternative to Squeeze or periodic treatment, allows to eliminate the need for a large number of custom vehicles for the technological process of site chemization. It is placed into a sump or special containers. Mean time between failures for the protection of downhole pumping equipment is not less than one calendar year. - Descum-2 H-3215-C is designed to prevent sulfate depositions.
Transportation and storage
Descum-2™ scale inhibitors are transported by rail and road, in enclosed transport in line with cargo transportation rules. The warranty period of storage is not less than 12 months.
The chemical can be supplied in the following containers: barrels, intermediate bulk containers, tank wagons, tank cars.
