A reagent based on sulfonic naphthalene derivatives. Based on dispersion of cement particles due to electrostatic and steric effects of adsorbed dispersant molecules.
Application: in processes of well cementing as a dispersant to cement slurries to regulate their rheological properties, reduce the hydraulic resistance of cement slurry, reduce injection pressure and squeeze pressure.
Recommended consumption: added both to fluid for hydration and cement. The recommended range of additive concentrations is 0,1–0,6 % to dry cement mass.
Features
- Effective at a temperature up to 160 °С.
- An environmentally friendly product, classified as a low-risk substance. It is biodegradable without forming harmful substances.
- Does not affect the stiffness of set cement, it is used as an inhibitor of sediments.
- Can be used in spacers as a viscosifier.
