Special alkali-resistant material for micro-reinforcement of the cement paste matrix.
Application: for formation colmatation and lost circulation control of a cement slurry and drilling mud in case of squeezing to the casing annulus due to structuring of the cement paste frame and colmatation of the formed caverns.
Recommended consumption: added in dry form or directly to a cement slurry with the recommended concentration of 0.5–5.0 kg per 1 m3 of cement slurry.
Features
- Easy and even distribution by volume of a dry mix and cement slurry. Does not float up.
- Performs functions of reinforcement in the set cement matrix. The mineral origin and density of the material, close to density of cement, provides an ideal bond of the fiber to the matrix, without adverse effect on results of the cement quality study by acoustic methods.
