Application
For the treatment of drilling fluids in order to reduce downhole friction forces, reduce the stickiness of filter cake. Prevents balling of drilling solid to the BHA.
Atren-FK ™ is added directly to the drilling fluid while drilling with circulating. The recommended concentration of the chemical product is 5-30 kg / m³.
Features
- Reduces the coefficient of friction at metal / metal contact and the stickiness of the filter cake, thereby reducing the likelihood of sticking of the drilling tools during turbine drilling and the torque on the tool during rotary drilling;
- Reduces adhesion of cuttings to BHA elements and equipment of the primary drilling mud cleaning system, reduces wear of moving elements of the circulation system. Reduces energy consumption by reducing friction in the hydraulic part of mud pumps;
- Does not change the rheological characteristics of drilling fluids, is environmentally safe and technologically efficient, which allows it to be used as a full-fledged alternative to oil in the of anti-seizing baths plants.
