Low-viscosity filtration regulator of cement slurries Atren Cem LV

Description

Low-viscosity filtration regulator for cement slurries. It is a water-soluble modified polysaccharide.

Application

Used to reduce water segregation and filtering due to cross-linking of the cement paste and water retention in the slurry with minimal increase of the cement slurry viscosity.

Recommended consumption

Additive concentrations range between 0.20–1.5% of the dry cement weight depending on the application temperature and composition of the cement slurry formulation. Increase in the application temperature requires increase in the dosage. The application temperature is up to 100°C.

• Easily disperses in water, and consequently dissolves completely;
• Shows high salt resistance;
• Does not thicken the cement slurry, requires minimal admixing of plasticizing additives;
• Significantly reduces shrinkage of the cement slurry;
• Does not affect the cement slurry strength;
• Environmentally friendly product, biodegradable without forming harmful substances;
• Has a slight effect of slowing down the setting time, which can be successfully implemented at high downhole temperatures.
