Flushing spacer for OBM fluids based on surfactants of different nature in the hydrocarbon solvent.
Application
Used in oil production industry to remove filter cake formed by hydrocarbon based drilling fluids from the borehole walls. Effectively prepares the wellbore for successful cementing job, effective when used in wells drilled using hydrocarbon based drilling fluids.
Recommended consumption
Recommended dosage per 1 m3 of flushing liquid:
- ATREN SPACER О™: 10–20%;
- Hydrocarbon solvent: 30–40%;
- Water: 50%.
