A composition based on sulfonic naphthalene derivatives.
Application: in processes of well cementing as a dispersant to cement slurries to regulate their rheological properties, reduce the hydraulic resistance of cement slurry, reduce injection pressure and squeeze pressure. The principle of application is based on dispersion of cement particles due to electrostatic and steric effects of adsorbed dispersant molecules.
Recommended consumption: added both to fluid for hydration and cement. The recommended range of additive concentrations is 0,20–0,80 % to dry cement mass. Concentration should be selected according to a definite formulation and parameters.
